The Elyria staff is amazing I would give Elyria a 5 star butt. The issue is the Canton staff. There is ZERO communication between Elyria and Canton. And Canton will fail students over lack of instruction, lack of guidance on school work and will tell you the wrong assignments and wrong test material to study, then staff will ignore your emails. Terrie the ADON of Canton over sees everything, not only is she rude and disrespectful to staff but she also directes it to students. Terrie will ignoring your phone's calls, emails and TEXT MESSAGES!! And she will start your designed tests an hour and 30 minutes later AFTER the scheduled test time to start. Terri has no respect for anyone at any campus other than North Canton. Those students get special treatment. Terri should not be in charge of all 4 or 5 campus. It's clearly to much for her. DR SHORT IS AMAZING!!!!!! dr.short stands up for her students against the big bully Terri. Terri will fail students just because she felt like it (heard this from the horses mouth) honestly Terri should be let go. She is dragging down this school so much, denying supple switches, belittling staff, students then handing out wright ups to anyone who s

if you’re going for the medical insurance billing, coding and office administration program beware!!! You will literally learn coding procedures, your teacher will tell you you’re in medical billing and coding and office administration class but when it comes to externship they’ll put you in a place that doesn’t even pertain to what you wanted to be in. For me they gaslighted me into thinking I was going for only office admin when I’m like why was I taught coding procedures then? Why do I have the option to take the test to be a certified coder? They would tell me oh this is just a stepping stone to where you’re going to be. I asked Sam if she could help me find another site because where she had me placed was for medical assisting which I had already done years ago. And I had asked her if I could go to a different site because I was supposed to be learning coding and billing she basically told me I was wrong about the whole thing I’m going to school for admin and not coding and basically I’m just gonna have to deal. Long story short I end up staying and getting hired but later this new student comes in and has the same story as me we’re not getting the experience that we had hop

When I came into tour the campus I wasn't set on enrolling. The admission staff made me feel so at ease that I signed up and enrolled that day. Ever since that day everyone at Ross has made me feel so at home. I enjoy every day that I go to school and learn more about my chosen class. I am looking forward to continuing with my education in the new year at Ross. I am also so grateful for all the staff that has made this decision one of the easiest.

Ross is a great school. I was in the dental assistant program and I've learned so much. It's a great career to get into and the instructors are amazing at teaching you everything you need to know. They make sure that you have the knowledge that you need to be successful in the dental field. I highly recommend going here.
